A SAP is a person who evaluates employees who have violated a DOT drug and alcohol program regulation and makes recommendations concerning education, treatment, follow-up testing, and aftercare.  To find out more information about the return to duty process and DOT regulations, I urge you to go to www.transportation.gov/odapc/sap

All SAP's must conduct a face-to-face clinical evaluation of the employee.  DOT's rule then requires the SAP to recommend treatment and/or education for the employee.  Once that process is completed, the employee returns to the SAP for a second meeting for return to duty instructions. 

*Recommended education and my SAP charges are separate.  Insurance is not accepted for SAP assessments. 

• SAP - $450.00

 A substance use evaluation can be done for a variety of reasons.  These usually take anywhere from an hour to two hours. Done in-person or via Zoom

• Evaluation- $80.00

This is an 8-session class. Classes are held every Thursday from 6pm-7pm CST.  This is an open-ended class meaning, you may start on any Thursday.  This is given via ZOOM.  

• Book- $5.00; this is required for the course and is a one-time fee. Additional books may be purchased. 
• Class- $20.00 per session

This is a 12-session class. The days will fluctuate to fit the needs of those enrolled at the time.
